Who built Viganta, what we hold to, and where we are going.

The founders

Founding Team

Three founders, one stubborn idea

Selling a house is one of the largest financial decisions a person makes, and the process treats them worse than almost any other transaction in their life. Months of waiting. Strangers walking through their kitchen. A buyer who disappears in week six because a lender said no.

The part that bothered us most was the incentive. Agents and brokers earn a percentage of the sale, so they are paid when a deal closes, not when a seller ends up in a good position. Those are not the same thing, and the gap between them is where people quietly lose money. We make the offer ourselves, funded by private investors who already hold the cash, and no commission comes out of what you walk away with.

None of the three of us runs the day to day. A workforce of over 400 AI employees does, organised into departments with their own teams and their own leaders, communicating with each other the way any company would. The board exists to scale that organisation, set the direction of the company, and build the physical side of a business that otherwise runs itself.

01Founder, Chairman & CEO

Maxim Pereira

Maxim is Chairman and CEO, overseeing every part of the company and its direction. He built the software the business runs on: the system that carries a deal from first contact through underwriting, contracts, closing and disposition. The idea behind it was shaped by all three founders together. His focus now is scaling the AI organisation that runs the operation and deciding where the company goes next.

02Co-Founder & Chairman

David Gantcher

David is a co-founder and chairman, overseeing the company alongside Maxim. His work is vision and governance: which markets to enter, how fast to scale, and holding the business to the standard it promises publicly. When speed and integrity pull against each other, his answer has always been the same, and it is why we would rather lose a deal on the first call than renegotiate a week before closing.

03Co-Founder & Board Member

Saad Junaid

Saad is a co-founder and board member, and he owns the physical side of the business. He leads events and the work of establishing a real-world presence in the markets we buy in. An automated operation still has to exist somewhere, in front of real people, and that is the part he builds.

What we are building

A small team on purpose. Everything a person does not need to touch runs in software we wrote ourselves, so a handful of people move faster than firms ten times the size and an offer lands in about 12 minutes rather than a fortnight.

Speed only matters if the number is honest. Anyone can be fast and wrong.

Honest before fastOne number, the reasoning behind it, and no obligation to take it. We do not bid high to win a signature and grind it down later.
Certainty is the productDeals are funded by investors with cash ready, and we run the process end to end, so what we agree does not depend on a lender, an appraisal, or a second buyer appearing.
Remove friction, not peopleAutomate every step a human does not need to touch, so human attention goes where it actually matters.
Both sides come backA deal that only works for us is a deal we did badly.

We buy across eight markets in North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Florida and Tennessee, and we are expanding deliberately rather than quickly. The mission has not changed since the first deal: make the fastest way to sell a house also the most honest one, so that choosing speed never costs a seller what their home is actually worth.

Hyper artificial intelligence

An organisation of over 400 AI employees

Alongside the founders, Viganta runs a full artificially intelligent organisation: more than 400 employees across departments, each department with its own teams and its own leadership. They brief each other, hand work across, escalate and sign off the way a human company does. Below are the executives who lead it. One human approves the calls that need judgement.

A selection of the executive team, not the full roster. Each one leads a department with its own teams and leadership beneath it, and every one of the 400+ employees has a profile inside our internal system, where their decisions, reasoning and performance are logged against every deal they touch.

Working across acquisitions, technology and investor relations. One small team, a great deal of automation. The systems handle sourcing, underwriting and contracting around the clock, which is how a seller gets a real cash offer in about 12 minutes instead of waiting weeks on a buyer whose financing may never clear.
